The Greater Omaha Chamber’s POWER Awards recognize organizations making meaningful investments in their people and workplace culture. Guided by the POWER Framework of People, Opportunity, Workforce, Excellence and Retention, the awards highlight organizations contributing to workforce development across the Greater Omaha region.

The afternoon will include a recognition ceremony honoring this year’s award recipients, followed by a panel discussion featuring organizations sharing the strategies, programs and practices behind their work. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear practical ideas they can consider within their own organizations while also connecting with business and workforce leaders from across the region.

The POWER Awards panel includes Kathy Headley from ACCESSbank, Keisha Thomas from North End Teleservices, Denise McClauley and Kerry Heinrich from WoodmenLife, Paul Faynd and Ashly Pauldino from Sun Valley Landscaping, and Cam Ostwinkle and Steve Chase from JC Toland Painting.

Check-in begins at 11:30 AM, with the program running from noon to 1:30 PM.
