Look to the skies for an afternoon filled with color, movement and family fun at the Heartwood Kite Festival, returning to Heartwood Preserve for its second year.

Professional kite flyers from Great American Kites & Events will transform the sky above Heartwood Park with an impressive display featuring some of North America’s largest show kites. Guests can relax and enjoy the spectacle or get more involved by learning kite-flying techniques from the professionals.

Visitors are welcome to bring their own kite or purchase one at the festival and join in the high-flying fun. Festival food and additional family activities will also be available throughout the afternoon, making it an easy day out for visitors of all ages.
