Early talent is bringing fresh energy, new expectations, and big questions into today’s workforce. But too often, there is a gap between what employers expect and what early-career candidates are looking for.
This free Employer Coalition POWER Series session, led by Joleen Hueftle, Director of Talent Strategy & Development at Viserion International, will offer real-world insight into the early-talent space and the opportunities organizations have to recruit and retain emerging professionals more effectively.
Attendees will explore the characteristics of early-career candidates, including candidate expectations, employer expectations, person-job fit, relocation, tenure, and the realities shaping early talent recruitment today. The session will also create space for discussion, shared experiences, and collaborative ideas that employers can bring back to their own teams.
Together, Joleen and attendees will dig into practical solutions, including early talent programs, purposeful talent pipelines, and the ways interview processes may need to evolve to better serve both employers and candidates.
This session is designed for employers, HR professionals, talent acquisition leaders, and organizational decision-makers who want to build stronger, more realistic, and more sustainable early talent strategies.
