Pella Omaha’s Greg Boulay Named a 2026 50 Over 50 Awards Nebraska Honoree
The longtime Omaha business leader is being recognized for his professional accomplishments, community involvement, and commitment to developing others.
Lozafina is proud to celebrate Greg Boulay, Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln, as a 2026 50 Over 50 Awards Nebraska honoree.
Presented by the BLOC, the 50 Over 50 Awards Nebraska recognizes accomplished Nebraskans whose leadership, service, and continued contributions are making a meaningful difference in their professions and communities.
Greg’s recognition reflects a career defined by thoughtful leadership, business growth, integrity and a commitment to creating opportunities for others.
He acquired the independently owned Pella branch in 2005 after spending 23 years in public accounting, including 14 years as a partner at Lutz and Company, P.C. During his time at Lutz, Greg helped support the firm’s growth from approximately 20 professionals to more than 100.
His experience as an audit partner and business advisor included strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, business management, and risk management. Those skills became especially valuable when he transitioned into business ownership.
Shortly after acquiring Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln, Greg helped guide the company through a significant downturn in the housing market. His response centered on developing leaders, improving processes, strengthening customer service, and creating a company culture built to withstand change.
Those principles continue to shape the organization today.
As CEO, Greg now focuses on Pella’s long-term strategic direction, growth opportunities, acquisitions, and leadership development. His experience also extends beyond the Omaha and Lincoln markets. He has supported ownership transitions involving other independently owned Pella branches, advised privately held middle-market companies, and serves on the Pella Corporate Advisory Board.
Throughout his career, Greg has remained grounded in the belief that strong businesses are built by developing strong people. His leadership philosophy emphasizes integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, and creating opportunities for employees to grow both personally and professionally.
That commitment helped shape the company culture recognized when Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln received the Better Business Bureau Integrity Award.
Greg’s impact also reaches well beyond the workplace. He has served organizations including CUES, Creighton Preparatory School, Catholic Charities, St. Wenceslaus, and Skutt Catholic High School.
A native of Omaha, Greg graduated from Creighton Preparatory School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Creighton University. He and his wife have four children and seven grandchildren.
We are excited to see Greg receive this well-deserved recognition. His story is an example of what it means to build a successful business while remaining committed to people, values, and community.
Greg will be recognized alongside this year’s honorees during the 50 Over 50 Awards Nebraska celebration on Nov. 7 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha Downtown.
Congratulations, Greg!
