BraveJoy Leadership’s Aimee Gibson Named a 2026 50 Over 50 Nebraska Honoree
The executive leadership coach is being recognized for her professional accomplishments, community leadership, and commitment to helping others grow.
We’re proud to announce that Lozafina client Aimee Gibson of BraveJoy Leadership has been named a 2026 50 Over 50 Awards Nebraska honoree.
Presented by the BLOC, the 50 Over 50 Nebraska Awards recognize accomplished Nebraskans whose leadership, service, and continued contributions are creating a lasting impact in their professions and communities.
For more than 20 years, Aimee has helped leaders navigate change, increasing responsibility, and complex organizational challenges with greater clarity, courage, and effectiveness.

A Professional Certified Coach trained at Georgetown University, Aimee is also a former organizational change management consulting executive. Her work spans the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, from global companies to local organizations across industries and geographies.
Through BraveJoy Leadership, Aimee serves as both an anchor and a catalyst for the leaders she coaches. She creates space for them to slow down, ask better questions, and move forward with greater intention.
Aimee specializes in supporting rising family-business leaders and non-family executives working within family enterprises. She helps them navigate succession, evolving responsibilities, complicated relationships, and the dynamics that emerge when business decisions and family relationships intersect.
Her work is grounded in the belief behind BraveJoy’s signature message: “Better questions. Better leadership.”
Aimee’s commitment to leadership also extends throughout the Omaha community. She serves as Vice Chair of the Nebraska Children and Families Foundation and Vice Chair of The Union for Contemporary Art. She is President-Elect of the International Coaching Federation Nebraska Chapter and a member of the Greater Omaha Chamber’s Leadership Omaha Class 47.
She also served as a P.O.W.E.R. Award co-lead and a City of Omaha “We Make Omaha” Community Ambassador.
Across each of these roles, Aimee brings the same thoughtful and values-driven approach that defines her coaching practice. She believes leadership is not simply about having the right answers. It is about developing the awareness, courage, and curiosity to ask better questions. And helping others grow along the way.
The 50 Over 50 Nebraska recognition celebrates not only what Aimee has accomplished throughout her career, but also the meaningful work she continues to do.
Aimee will be honored alongside the other 2026 recipients during the 50 Over 50 Nebraska Awards celebration on Nov. 7 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha Downtown.
