We believe the strongest public relations campaigns begin with stories rooted in people, purpose, and genuine community impact.

That is exactly what is happening with our Lozafina client, Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha and Lincoln.

Pella has been investing in local communities for years through employee volunteerism, nonprofit partnerships, affordable housing, workforce development, and neighborhood revitalization. Our work has focused on bringing those efforts forward and helping more people understand the impact happening beyond the company’s windows and doors.

That work is already gaining attention.

Pella’s recent partnership with United Way of the Midlandsand other area businesses garnered coverage from the Omaha World-Herald,WOWT 6 News, Lincoln Journal Star, and KETV NewsWatch 7. The story was also shared across the Lee Enterprises network, extending its reach to audiences in Council Bluffs, Grand Island and York.

During United Way’s Shine Bright Volunteer Day, Pella employees helped assemble hygiene kits for local students preparing to return to school. The company also provided delivery trucks to assist with transporting supplies.

Pella Sales Representative Rachel Reese represented the company during WOWT’s television coverage, giving viewers an opportunity to see the people behind the work and hear directly from a Pella employee about why the partnership mattered.

The media attention did more than increase brand visibility. It showed how thoughtful community partnerships can strengthen a company’s reputation while helping organizations address real needs.

Pella’s leadership story is also receiving recognition.

Midlands Business Journal recently featured Pella Omaha President Vince Boulay (photographed below) in its “A Closer Look” series. The story explored the experiences Vince intentionally built outside the family business, his approach to developing people, and his vision for leading the company into its next chapter.

CEO Greg Boulay was also named a 2026 50 Over 50 Awards Nebraska recipient by The Bloc, recognizing his business leadership, community involvement, and lasting impact.

We are proud to help Pella tell these stories because this is what meaningful public relations looks like. It is not about manufacturing attention. It is about identifying the work that is already making a difference and making sure that work receives the visibility it deserves.

And this is only the beginning.

We are working with the Pella team to create a stronger home for its community stories. One that will highlight the employees, nonprofit partners, educational programs, housing projects, and neighborhood investments helping make Nebraska and western Iowa stronger.

There is more work happening behind the scenes, and we are excited to help bring those stories forward.

Because when a company’s actions align with its values, the community notices. And so does the media.
