Omaha Young Professionals is inviting participants to spend an afternoon giving back while supporting the work of Project Harmony and the children and families it serves throughout the community.

Volunteers will split into teams to complete two hands-on projects. One group will prepare materials for Project Harmony’s Annual Fund Drive by stuffing envelopes, while another group will work outside clearing loose gravel from the parking lot and helping prepare the area for the winter months.

Participants who have access to a push broom are encouraged to bring one for the outdoor portion of the project. Whether helping indoors or outside, volunteers will contribute time that allows Project Harmony to focus more of its resources on its core work.

The event also provides an opportunity to meet and connect with other young professionals while making a practical contribution to the community.
