The Durham Museum’s River City Tours is taking participants all the way back to the year 1898, when Omaha hosted the Trans-Mississippi & International Exposition. The event brought millions to Omaha.
Participants will visit the former site of the expo, see the stately homes, parks, and jazz halls that followed in its path.
The tour costs $32 for non-members of the Museum, or $22 for members. Registration is here.
