  • MCC Institute for Culinary Arts 5300 North 30th Street Omaha, Nebraska, 68111 United States (map)

Restaurant owners and foodservice professionals can explore how smart facility design can support a more efficient and profitable operation at Restaurant Business: Facility Design.

Presented through a partnership between the Greater Omaha Chamber, Metropolitan Community College’s Business Development team and MCC’s Institute for the Culinary Arts, this hands-on workshop is part of the Restaurant Business Essentials series designed to strengthen the business skills behind successful restaurants.

During the session, participants will work alongside industry peers and design experts to explore the strategic process of planning and optimizing a restaurant’s physical space. The workshop will look at how layout and facility decisions can affect operational flow, kitchen efficiency, guest comfort and regulatory compliance.

The goal is to help restaurant and foodservice professionals make more informed structural decisions that support both day-to-day operations and the long-term profitability of their businesses.
