There’s nothing better than fluffy and hot pancakes on a Saturday morning. This event gets bonus points because it’s at Bayliss Park, and the pancakes are being served by the iconic Pancake Man.

For $5, adults can get pancakes, sausage, and water. Local food trucks will be serving additional beverages. Kids under 12 eat for free courtesy of The 712 Initiative and the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce.
