No Title, No Permission, No Problem: Harnessing the Power of Influence

Getting your ideas heard can be difficult, especially when you’re working in a large organisation and don’t have formal authority.

No Title, No Permission, No Problem: Harnessing the Power of Influence is a one-hour online session led by management professor Dr. Suzanne de Janasz. The webinar focuses on practical ways to communicate more effectively, build credibility and influence the people around you without relying on a job title or position of power.

During the session, Dr. de Janasz will explore how the way you frame an issue can shape how others respond, why asking questions before making proposals can lead to better conversations and how preparing for high-stakes discussions can help you communicate with greater confidence.

The webinar will also look at building credibility, dealing with conflict rather than avoiding it, and strengthening the social and influencing skills that may have weakened during periods of remote work.

Dr. de Janasz has taught and consulted at institutions including London Business School, IMD in Switzerland and Seattle University, with expertise spanning leadership, negotiation, change management and mentoring.

Registration includes access to the live webinar, the opportunity to submit questions in advance and ask questions during the session, a catch-up recording and a bonus resource pack containing slides and supporting materials.
