Five-time GRAMMY-nominated vocalist and UNO alumna Karrin Allyson joins the award-winning UNO Jazz Ensemble for a special evening of live jazz at the Strauss Performing Arts Center.
The performance will feature many of Allyson’s original compositions, specially orchestrated for the UNO Jazz Ensemble. The collaboration brings together one of jazz’s acclaimed vocalists with UNO student musicians for an evening celebrating creativity, musicianship and Allyson’s connection to her alma mater.
Admission is free, with donations suggested in support of UNO Jazz Scholarships, helping create opportunities for future generations of jazz students.
