Women With Voices Summit Gears Up in Omaha with Diverse Lineup of Inspiring Speakers
A growing movement of women leaders, entrepreneurs, and future changemakers will converge in Omaha next week as the 4th Annual Women With Voices Summit: Live Your Why, Fearless Future returns on Jan. 24 at Zenia Omaha.
Now in its fourth year, the summit has become a staple on the region’s leadership calendar, drawing more than 350 women annually for a day focused on purpose, courage, and community.
Organized by Sandy Auen Spady and presented through Power Up by Sandy, the Women With Voices Summit is designed as both a leadership experience and a communal reset. The 2026 theme, Live Your Why, Fearless Future, invites attendees to reflect on what drives them and to step boldly into the next season of their personal and professional lives.
The summit will run from 12 to 6 p.m., offering a full afternoon of keynote presentations, breakout sessions, networking, local vendors, and reflective experiences. Programming is intentionally built for women at every stage, from business owners and executives to nonprofit leaders, creatives, community advocates, and women simply seeking clarity and confidence as the year begins.
In a recent interview with KETV NewsWatch 7, Spady described the summit as more than a conference, emphasizing its role as a space for connection and renewal. She was joined in the interview by her daughter and collaborator, Katie Breidenbach, as they spoke about the importance of courage, community, and creating room for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their goals. This year’s agenda includes not only practical leadership tools, but also moments of guided meditation and creative activation designed to help participants “disconnect to reconnect.”
New in 2026 is a VIP experience on Jan. 23, offering an intimate pre-summit gathering that includes a signature perfume experience and opportunities for deeper connection with speakers and fellow attendees. The VIP evening sets the tone for the main event, which continues the following day with programming aimed at catalyzing growth and fearless forward movement.
The 2026 summit features a diverse and impactful lineup of speakers whose work spans creativity, leadership, education, and community impact. Confirmed speakers include:
Mary Ann O’Brien, founder of OBI Creative, will deliver a keynote address centered on courage, creativity, and leading with purpose.
Neris France, a leader affiliated with Creighton University, whose keynote focuses on recognizing worth and potential in others, including a symbolic “crowning” experience that underscores themes of dignity and leadership.
Sandy Auen Spady, founder of Women With Voices and Power Up by Sandy, will anchor the day and guide attendees through the summit’s core themes.
Also joining the program as a panelist is Josefina Loza, founder and CEO of Lozafina. An award-winning journalist, communications strategist, and community storyteller, Loza brings a perspective grounded in voice, visibility, and impact. Her participation adds a local lens to conversations around business leadership, storytelling, and how women can use their platforms to create meaningful change in their communities.
Throughout the afternoon, attendees will move between keynote sessions and breakouts focused on leadership development, creativity, purpose, and personal growth, alongside opportunities to connect with local vendors and fellow participants.
Organizers say the balance of inspiration and practicality is what keeps women returning year after year.
Tickets and additional event details are available through the summit’s official Eventbrite page.
