In Celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, We’re Honoring Latino Legacy Makers

We believe stories are the heartbeat of our community.

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we are launching a new feature series spotlighting Latinos who have left an extraordinary mark on Omaha and beyond. These are the trailblazers, mentors, visionaries, and everyday heroes whose impact continues to ripple across generations.

Through personal narratives, photos, and community memories, we’ll highlight the people whose leadership, service, and cultural contributions deserve to be remembered and celebrated.

And we’d love your help.

Do you know someone whose story should be told — a mentor, educator, entrepreneur, veteran, artist, or advocate who has made a lasting difference in the Latino community? Please share their name and a little about their journey with us.

📩 Email: office@lozafina.com

Together, let’s celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by honoring the legacies of those who paved the way and inspiring us to keep building, creating, and leading with corazón.
