BraveJoy Leadership, the Omaha-based leadership coaching and consulting practice founded by Aimee S. Gibson, MBA, PCC, has officially launched its first LinkedIn newsletter, marking a new chapter in how the organization shares insight, reflection, and guidance with leaders navigating complexity.
The monthly newsletter extends BraveJoy Leadership’s work beyond coaching sessions, cohorts, and keynote spaces, creating a written forum for leaders to pause, reflect, and recalibrate in a professional landscape that often prioritizes speed over substance.
The debut issue, “Leaders Grow in Seasons—Not All at Once,” centers on a core BraveJoy belief: leadership development is not linear.
