Lozafina to celebrate six years with a social mixer
Six years. Countless stories. One big mix.
Lozafina Marketing & Public Relations will celebrate its sixth anniversary with “The BIG Mix”, a social mixer bringing together clients, business leaders, college students, creatives, and community connectors from across Omaha.
The event will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, at MODUS Coworking in downtown Omaha.
Founded by journalist and communications strategist Josefina Loza in 2020, Lozafina has grown into a Latina- and woman-owned agency helping businesses and organizations strengthen their brands through public relations, social media, storytelling, marketing, and strategic communications.
“The past six years have been shaped by the people who trusted us, worked with us, introduced us to others, and gave us room to grow,” Loza said. “The Big Mix is our way of celebrating those relationships while creating space for new ones.”
Part anniversary celebration and part professional mixer, the event is designed to connect people who may not ordinarily find themselves in the same room. Guests will also have an opportunity to explore MODUS and learn more about its coworking, meeting, and event spaces.
“This isn’t meant to feel like traditional networking,” Loza said. “We want people to relax, meet someone unexpected, and leave with a new connection, idea, or opportunity.”
