Can you believe it? The Nebraska Humane Society is turning 150! To celebrate this major milestone, NHS is throwing a birthday party like you’ve never seen!

Not only will there be cake, popcorn, hot dogs, face painting, and goody bags, but there will be an adoption special and an adoptable animal playgroup!

Plus, there will be special guests, including Omaha Fire Department, Omaha Public Library, Omaha Public Library, the Omaha Supernovas, a live performance from RESPECT at 1:30 p.m. and Stormy from the Storm Chasers and Hoot from Union Omaha!

The event is totally free, but due to the level of activity NHS asks that animals be left at home.
