Lean Global Connection 2026

As organizations adopt AI, automation and other new technologies, the challenge is not simply choosing the right tools. It is also making sure those tools support the people using them.

Lean Global Connection 2026 brings together Lean practitioners, business leaders and improvement professionals from around the world to explore how organizations can stay human-centered while adapting to rapid technological change.

This year’s theme, Designing Human-Centered Organizations in the Age of AI, looks at how Lean Thinking can help businesses build systems where people continue to learn, solve problems and improve while technology supports their work rather than replacing it.

Across the online conference, attendees can explore topics including AI and digital transformation, continuous improvement, Lean leadership, problem-solving, coaching and organizational change. The event will also look at practical ways to integrate new technologies into existing workflows while developing people and improving performance.

A selection of additional workshops will be available throughout November 12 and 13, covering topics such as leading change with respect, using AI in daily improvement work, Lean AI problem-solving, value stream mapping, Toyota problem-solving and identifying gaps in Lean transformation.

Lean Global Connection brings together participants, speakers and Lean professionals from around the world, making it an opportunity to learn new approaches, hear different perspectives and connect with others working to build stronger and more adaptable organizations.
