Blues music will take over downtown Omaha on August 5 for a 13 1/2-hour festival spread across 10 venues with 37 performers.
The event was put together by Héctor Anchondo, Omaha’s own Blues hero and the 2020 champion of the International Blues Challenge Solo/Duo award, and the Blues Society of Omaha. Joining Anchondo as the headliner for In The Market For Blues is Toronzo Cannon. Cannon is a 10x Blues Music Award nominee as vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter.
