The Council Bluffs Library has partnered with Hy-Vee to celebrate literary hero Dr. Seuss on his birthday!

Before breakfast, join in on a story read by a Council Bluffs Library staff member. After storytime, enjoy a prooperly-themed breakfast of green eggs and ham. Kids eat for $5 and adults eat for $7.

This event is perfect for families with kids in between the ages of 3 and 7.
