Join Metro Housing Collaborative for the 5th Annual Property Owner/Manager Workshop, a full-day event created for landlords, property managers, investors, and housing professionals who want practical tools, stronger connections, and fresh strategies to support their properties and tenants.
This year’s workshop brings together housing experts, service providers, community agencies, and industry professionals for a day of learning, networking, and resource sharing. Attendees can expect a keynote presentation from Sara Aviles, author of Confessions of a Section 8 Landlord, along with breakout sessions featuring HUD, Community Alliance, YHDP providers, and other local partners. Topics will focus on housing programs, tenant relations, reducing barriers, risk management, and strategies for increasing success while remaining socially responsible.
The event will also feature a Community Resource Fair with vendors and agencies offering tools, services, and resources for property owners and managers. Attendees will have opportunities to connect with peers, service providers, and local leaders who are helping shape the future of housing in the community.
Additional highlights include a free CE course for property managers, breakfast and lunch, raffle prizes, and recognition of the POM of the Year. Seating is limited to 150 attendees, so early registration is encouraged.
