Outlook Enrichment Hosts 21st Annual Tee It Up Fore Sight Golf Tournament in Omaha
Outlook Enrichment marked a major milestone with the 21st annual Tee It Up Fore Sight golf tournament held on Wednesday, June 4, at Tiburon Golf Club in Omaha. This annual fundraising event supports Outlook Enrichment’s mission to empower individuals who are blind or visually impaired by providing inclusive programs, recreational opportunities, and essential resources.
The 2025 golf tournament also celebrated Outlook’s 25th anniversary of service to the blind and low vision community. The day brought together golfers, supporters, and local advocates for a memorable event that combined sport with social impact. Participants enjoyed 18 holes of golf, lunch, dinner, swag bags, Mulligans, and the chance to win exciting raffle prizes—all while supporting a meaningful cause.
The tournament kicked off with a special opportunity for blind and visually impaired individuals to participate in the Stanley M. Truhlsen Jr. Blind Golfer Clinic. This clinic, held before the main event, featured adaptive golf activities, including a simulator that allowed participants to practice their swing and build confidence before heading out on the course.
Tee It Up Fore Sight is one of Outlook Enrichment’s most impactful events of the year, helping to fund year-round programs that promote independence, confidence, and community inclusion for those living with vision loss. From adaptive technology training to recreational classes and cultural outings, Outlook Enrichment continues to make a difference in the lives of hundreds of Nebraskans every year.
