My Five: Pretty Moo — The Communicator with a Creative Eye

We believe every team member brings something powerful to the table, and our My Five series is how we share those voices.

Today, we're spotlighting Pretty Moo, our communications specialist intern who’s blending strategy and storytelling with serious design flair. We asked Pretty to share five of her favorite items that she couldn’t live without. Here’s what she had to say…

  1. Experience
Whether it's hanging out with friends, going to school, or traveling, I love being in the moment. Each experience allows me to connect with others and grow. Everything I’ve done in my life builds up my character. I find joy in feeling the wonder and curiosity the world has to offer; those moments are what make life memorable.

  2. Sketchbook

A sketchbook is my go-to outlet for creativity and thoughts. Whenever I’m inspired by someone’s art, a show, or even just walking outside without pressure. Nothing has to be perfect or permanent; it’s just for me.

  3. Inhaler
It was crazy how getting a cat made me discover all my allergies that I was oblivious to. I was allergic to cats, dogs, mice, cockroaches, dust mites, and even grass! All of these allergies contributed to my developing asthma. I was prescribed an inhaler to help with my daily life. I need this thing, otherwise I’ll be coughing like a maniac. This tiny thing is my lifesaver and saving grace.

  4. Music
Music is how I express my emotions. Whether I’m happy, sad, or just vibing, it always hits the right note. It feels good to hear. I love going to concerts and watching orchestras perform live. The range of genres and sounds all give me different feelings, and music connects deeply with who I am.

  5. Culture
I am Karen, and I’m proud of that. It’s not only about my background, but it’s a part of my identity. The food, the clothes, the language, the history, there’s so much I cherish about my culture because it shapes how I see the world and how I show up in it.
