IncluCity Starts with You: Volunteer Applications Close Today

It’s the final day to raise your hand, lean in, and make a difference.

Inclusive Communities is wrapping up volunteer applications today for its upcoming IncluCity Youth Leadership Retreat, a powerful four-day experience designed to equip young leaders with tools to explore identity, build empathy, and lead with inclusion at the center.

If you’ve ever wanted to be part of something real, something that helps shape the next generation of changemakers, this is your chance.

IncluCity isn’t your typical retreat. It’s a brave space where students from all walks of life gather to have the kinds of conversations most adults struggle to start. They unpack stereotypes. They listen deeply. They learn how to stand up — and stand with — each other.

But none of that magic happens without people like you.

Volunteers of all ages and backgrounds are essential to the IncluCity experience.

Whether you’re facilitating small groups, supporting logistics, or simply showing up with open ears and an open heart, your presence matters. You help hold the space where students feel seen, respected, and empowered to lead.

The deadline to apply is today, October 31.

So if you’ve been on the fence, consider this your nudge.

Because creating a more inclusive world starts with showing up. And IncluCity is calling.
