From The Big Mix to Hustle: A Very Lozafina Week

Today, October 2, marks six years since I officially started Lozafina.

Six years ago, I had an idea, a lot of experience, plenty of determination, and no real way of knowing what this would become.

Since then, Lozafina has grown into a team, a client roster, a community, and something much bigger than I ever imagined when I filed those papers in 2020.

Last week, we celebrated that journey with The Big Mix, surrounded by clients, friends, collaborators, and people who have supported us along the way.

And then, because this is Lozafina, we went right back to work.

Five days later, our team was at the Hustle Conference after weeks of behind-the-scenes PR, media outreach, founder storytelling, community connections, and the Rising Hustlers program.

That week felt like a pretty perfect snapshot of the last six years: celebrating what we’ve built, then immediately turning around to help someone else build, grow and tell their story.

There have been long days, hard lessons, big wins, pivots, and plenty of moments where I had to figure things out as I went.

But six years later, I’m still here. We’re still growing. And I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted Lozafina, worked alongside us, referred us, hired us, challenged us, and cheered us on.

From The Big Mix to Hustle, it was one very Lozafina week.

And today, I’m letting myself celebrate that for a minute.

Then, of course, we get back to work.
