Congrats to our client RTG for celebrating 10 Years

Ten years in business is no small thing, and RTG Building Services has plenty to show for it.

What started as a growing building-services company has become a trusted partner on some of the region’s most significant projects, including two data centers with JE Dunn and Project Beacon, and the construction of Mutual of Omaha’s new headquarters.

RTG’s growth has come with bigger projects, more complex job sites and higher expectations, but the company’s approach has stayed remarkably consistent: communicate clearly, take safety seriously and do the work right.

That consistency is also showing up in long-term client relationships. Metropolitan Utilities District recently approved a two-year extension with RTG for 2027–2028, continuing an established relationship with the team.

And through all of that growth, President and Owner Ramiro Gaitan continues to come back to the philosophy that has guided the company from the beginning:

“Our Goal Is Not to Be the Biggest, but to Be the Best.”

Ten years later, that mindset seems to be working just fine.
